COMPLETE RESULTSPRINCETON, N.J. – The Swarthmore College women's track and field team competed in the Tiger Invitational on Saturday, Jan. 24 hosted by Princeton University. The invitational featured athletes from all three divisions.
Sophomore
Indy Reid-Shaw led the way for the Garnet in the 3,000 meter run and placed sixth overall out of more than 20 competitors with a time of 10:27.68. Close behind Reid-Shaw was senior
Liz Tawa, who finished in 10th place in 10:32.65, and junior
Jenna Cody was 21st. Reid-Shaw and Tawa also recorded the fastest marks among Division III athletes.
Sophomore
Lulu Allen Waller placed 20th in the 60-meter hurdles, while senior
Osazenoriuwa Ebose launched the shot put 39-feet, 7-7.75 inches to place 13th from the field.
Swarthmore will return to the track on February 7 as it competes in the McElligott Invitational in Haverford, Pa.
