REDPRINT FIT Redprint

Redprint Fit (often referred to as Redprint) is an interactive fitness platform that bridges the gap between physical gym equipment and digital tracking. It transforms a standard gym into a "smart gym" by combining a mobile app with physical NFC (Near Field Communication) tags. At its core, Redprint is a workout tracking and instructional ecosystem. It was founded to address "gym anxiety"—the feeling of not knowing how to use equipment or what to do next—while providing gym owners with data on how their facilities are actually used.

How It Works
The system relies on a simple "Tap-to-Interact" mechanic:
 • The Tags: Small, garnet NFC stickers (tags) are placed on every piece of equipment in a participating gym.
 • The App: You open the Redprint app on your smartphone.
 • The Tap: You tap your phone against the tag on a machine (similar to using Apple Pay or Google Pay).
 • The Result: The app immediately displays an instructional video for that specific machine and opens a logging interface to record your sets, reps, and weight.

Learn How to Use the Redprint App
The Redprint team has developed in-depth instructional videos that break down every feature of the app – making it easy to navigate with confidence and maximize every workout.

 • Watch instructional videos on-demand
 • Pre-plan your own workouts
 • Track a workout as you go
