2014-15 (Outdoors):
Competed in four meets as a junior... Finished in fourth place in the 1500 at the Osprey Open (4/3) with a season best time of 5:07.40... Also recorded a top ten finish in the 5000 by placing inth at the Danny Curran Invitational (3/27) with a season best time of 18:51.32.

2014-15 (Indoors):
Competed in four meets as a junior... Ran the mile in a personal best time of 5:27.53 at the Haverford Seamus McElligot Invitational (2/6)... Competed in the 3000 at the Centennial Conference Championship meet (2/28) finishing with a season best time of 10:40.25.

2013-14 (Outdoors):
Competed in four meets as a sophomore ... Won the 5,000-meter run in 18:27.06 at the Danny Curran Invitational (3/28) ... Ran a personal-best time of 5:05.29 in the 1,500 at the Lions Invitational (4/25).

2013-14 (Indoors):
Competed in six meets as a sophomore ... Finished the mile in a personal-best time of 5:30.04 at the Saturday Night Shootout (1/18) ... Recorded a personal-best 5,000-meter mark of 18:15.22 to finish 11th at the Centennial Conference Championships (3/1).

2012-13 (Outdoors):
Competed in three meets as a freshman ... Placed second overall in the 3,000 by crossing the line in 10:44.46 at the 42nd Annual Morehouse Relays (3/16).

2012-13 (Indoors):
Competed in four meets as a freshman ... Notched a personal-best mark of 10:28.13 in the 3,000 at the NYU Team Challenge (1/19) ... Took ninth overall in the 3,000 by clocking in at 10:41.70 at the Centennial Conference Championships (2/22).
