ABBOTTSTOWN, Pa. – The Swarthmore College men's golf team finished play at the McDaniel Spring Invitational on Sunday. The two-day tournament was played at Bridges Golf Club.
The Garnet ended with a team score of 629 to tie for eighth place in the competition. Swarthmore improved by 11 strokes in the final round, scoring a 309 on Sunday.
Dylan Zhang was the top individual for the Garnet, tying for 10
th place on the leaderboard.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Zhang equaled his opening-round performance with a 76 (+4) and totaled 152 (+8) for the tourney. The junior recorded a pair of birdies on Sunday.

Yuxuan Wang bested his Saturday score by one stroke, carding a 76 (+4). His two-day tally of 153 (+9) was tied for 15
th place. Wang registered three birdies on the day.

Andy Xin and
Judah Fulchiero both tied for 42
nd place with a total score of 160 (+16). Xin shot a 79 (+7) in the second round, improving by two strokes, and posting two birdies. Fulchiero, playing as an individual, produced an 83 (+11) with two birdies on Sunday.

Max Ash tied for 59
th place with a 164 (+20). He topped his opening round by an impressive eight strokes, finishing with a 78 (+6). Ash scored three birdies.
Neil Zhu totaled 171 (+27) to tie for 76
th place. He bested his first-round score by seven strokes, carding an 82 (+10). Zhu recorded a pair of birdies.
