WAYNESBORO, Pa. - The Swarthmore College men's golf team remains in fifth overall after the second round of the Centennial Championship Tournament on Saturday. The Garnet shot 295 (+7) as a team, improving their opening round by seven strokes. 

Phelps Wang remains inside the top-10 at one-over-par for the tournament. The junior sits just four-strokes outside of All-Centennial status with one more round remaining. 


HOW IT HAPPENED
- Wang shot one-over-par for the round to tie for tenth overall. The junior was steady all afternoon, carding three birdies and four bogeys. Wang heads into the final round at one-over for the tournament. 

- Dylan Zhang improved by two strokes, shooting one-over-par for the second round. Zhang carded four birdies to move into 14th overall on the individual leaderboard. 

- Frank Zhou bounced back from yesterday's performance with a one-over-par. The rookie leapt eight spots in the standings as he sits in a tie for 18th place. Zhou finished the day with three birdies. 

- Max Ash resides in 25th place with a four-over performance, while Michael Yuen also shot four-over to earn 27th. Ash is nine-over for the tournament, while Yuen is 11-over.
