PHILADELPHIA – The Swarthmore College women's indoor track & field team had three individuals post top-10 performances at the Widener Winter Evening Invite held at the University of Pennsylvania's Ott Center on Friday night.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Ania Wong ran the 800 meters and she took sixth place with a time of 2:22.88. The first-year narrowly missed the top five by just 0.02 seconds and she was only 0.31 seconds off the podium.
 
- Elizabeth Page and Olivia Montini finished back-to-back in the mile, coming in seventh (5:17.13) and eighth (5:17.84) place respectively. Montini was less than a second off her career best in the event.

The Garnet head to Franklin and Marshall College on Saturday to compete in the Coach I Invitational.
