CHESTER, Pa. - Swarthmore College Women's Track & Field senior
Kayla Camacho won the 100-meter dash and junior
Clay Conley won the discus and shot put at the Chester Quarry Classic on Saturday.
Camacho finished the race in 12.95 seconds on Saturday.
Conley launched the discus 36.33 meters (119 feet 2 inches) and the shot 13.25m (43ft 5.75in). Conley also took second in the hammer throw with a heave of 41.38m (135ft 9in). That hammer throw was Conley's personal best and the second-furthest throw in Swarthmore history.

Rachel Vresilovic took second in the discus at 33.28m (109ft 2in). She also placed third in the hammer with a throw of 36.66m (120ft 3in). Vresilovic's hammer throw was also her personal best and the fourth-longest throw in Garnet history.

Sayaka Vaules placed second in the 400-meter hurdles by crossing the finish line in 1:12.36.

Lauren Holt continued to succeed this season as the four of them placed second in 50.17 seconds.

Sydney Covitz also took second in the 4x400 relay by completing the race in 4:02.37.
Swarthmore will head to two places for its next meets. The team will go back to Chester for the Widener Invitational on Friday and Saturday, and others will go to Princeton for the Larry Ellis Invite on Friday.
