BALTIMORE—Swarthmore College Women's Track & Field participated in the Hopkins/ Loyola Invite on Saturday, finishing in 11th in the Division I scoring format meet.
Maggie O'Neil set new personal and school records in the javelin (36.6 meters) and the hammer (35.45 m), finishing in fourth and ninth, respectively. O'Neil also came in fourth in the shot put (12.46 m) and 11th in the discus (29.99 m).
Lea Slauch dashed to Swarthmore's second-fastest time in the 100-meters with a time of 12.75. Slauch finished in 10th at Saturday's meet.
Sarah Nielsen came in seventh in the 800-meters with a time of 2:18.18, the fourth-fastest Centennial time this season.
In the steeplechase,
Kate Crowley finished in eighth in a time of 12:35.45.
Lulu Allen-Waller finished in 10th in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:08.66.
Hopkins/ Loyola Invite Results Mid-Week Twilight Invite UpdateRachel Hilburn won Wednesday's long jump at the Gwynedd Mercy Mid-Week Twilight Invite with a mark of 4.9 m. She also finished in fourth in the triple jump (9.96 m).
Shaina Lu registered a 2.29 m mark in the pole vault, finishing in fifth.
