MEN'S RESULTSWOMEN'S RESULTSWALLINGFORD, Pa. – The Swarthmore College golf team had four student-athletes compete individually in a tri-match on Wednesday, Apr. 8 at a rain-soaked Springhaven Country Club.
Amanda Beebe won the women's individual crown over a pair of competitors from Neumann. The senior carded a 95 on a par 72, 5,520-yard course.
On the men's side,
Andrew Pak led the Garnet by firing a 77 to place second overall among 13 individuals. Senior
Miles Schuck tied for fourth by shooting an 81, while Langan was ninth with an 85.
Ursinus' Russell Hill won the men's individual title by carding a 73, which was four strokes better than the rest of the field. The Bears won the team crown by one stroke over Neumann by registering a 327 on the par 70, 6,518-yard circuit.
Swarthmore will compete at the Glen Maur National Invitational on Apr. 12-13.
