MALVERN, Pa. – The Swarthmore College men's golf team concluded play at its own Swarthmore Invitational with the final two rounds on Monday at White Manor Country Club.
The Garnet finished in fourth place (892) while the B squad placed ninth (928). Dickinson College claimed the team title with a three-round score of 872.
Swarthmore had two players finish in the top five with
Dylan Zhang coming in as the runner-up (+4).
Andy Xin led the Garnet B team and tied for fourth overall (+8).
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Zhang shot an even 71 to start the day, recording four birdies in round two. The senior had a strong front nine in the final round, hitting the turn at one-under but struggled on the back to finish with a 74.
- Xin battled through a 77 in the morning before bouncing back with a 73 in the afternoon. He had four birdies in the final round and five overall for the day.

Frank Zhou tied for 13
th place at 11-over-par. He posted a pair of 75s on Monday, scoring two birdies.
Michael Yuen tied for 24
th (+14). He finished with a 74 and 77 while tallying six birdies.

Phelps Wang and
Max Ash both tied for 29
th place at 16-over. Wang had his best round in the morning with a 73 and closed with a 77. He produced five birdies. Ash recorded a 78 before closing his best round of the tournament (72). Ash carded six birdies on the day.

Harrison Stracks tied for 43
rd place, shooting 76 and 77 over his final two rounds.
Alex Lyu tied for 50
th after an 80 and a 79.
Neil Zhu shot his best round of the tournament in the final round (75) and finished in 60
th place.

th) and
Judah Fulchiero (82
nd) rounded out the Swarthmore competitors.
