COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – The Swarthmore College men's indoor track & field team traveled to Ursinus College for the Frank Colden Invitational on Saturday.
HOW IT HAPPENED

Ben Aronson led a trio of top-10 finishers in the 5000 meters, taking second with a time of 16:24.63.
Howard Wang came in eighth (17:19.99) and
Handuo Sun was 10
th (18:07.10). Wang's time was a career best.

Jackson Mejia placed fourth in the pole vault, clearing a height of 3.80m.
Aidan Corpus tied for sixth place (3.50m) while
Ravi Sandhu took 12
th (3.35m).

Archer Manning finished fifth (6.34m) in the long jump while
Noah St. George also had a fifth-place showing (23.43) in the 200 meters. Manning's mark was an indoor career best.
Alan Nichols and
Jacob Tavarez finished behind St. George in seventh (23.53) and 13
th (23.90) place respectively. Nichols's time was the best of his indoor career. He also placed 13
th in the high jump with a height of 1.60m.

Noah Stapleton crossed sixth in the mile with a time of 4:36.96. He was followed by
Roan Holmes, 10
th (4:45.78) and
Jasper Goldstein, 13
th (4:49.24). Holmes's time was a personal record in the event.
James Saunders completed the 60 meter hurdles in 9.20 seconds to take 11
th place and
Ryan Scott was 17
th (55.24) in the 400 meters. Scott's time was a career best.
