EASTON, Pa. – The Swarthmore College men's golf team took sixth place at the Albright Northampton Cup on Tuesday. The Garnet's two female players also competed in the tournament at the par-72 Northampton Country Club.
Swarthmore finished with a team score of 312.
Frank Zhou was the top player for the Garnet, shooting even par to tie for fifth place.
On the women's side,
Ava Chon led Swarthmore with an 84 (+12) to come in fifth. She finished with a birdie and shot par on six holes.
Bori Chung carded a 107 (+35) for the Garnet.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Zhou got off to a slow start with bogeys on two of the first four holes. However, the rookie bounced back with an eagle and three birdies over his next nine. Zhou shot one-under on the back nine to end with a 72.

Judah Fulchiero tied for 21
st place with a 77 (+5). He recorded a birdie on the front nine.
Harrison Stracks followed with a 79 (+7) to tie for 25
th place. He birdied the first hole and added three more on the back nine.

Neil Zhu carded an 84 (+12) with one birdie on the day.
Thomas Bundy rounded out the squad with an 86 (+14).
