LANCASTER, Pa. – The Swarthmore College men's track & field team finished eighth at the Centennial Conference Indoor Championships on Sunday.
 
The Garnet came away with 34 points in the meet. 
Aiden Tomov was the lone medalist for Swarthmore on Sunday, placing third in the 800 meters.
 
 
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Tomov clocked in at 1:57.70 in the 800, making the podium by just 0.21 seconds. It was his sixth career medal at the conference's indoor meet.
 
- 
Rishi Tella placed fifth in the long jump with a distance of 21' 4.25" (6.51m). He recorded the mark on his second attempt.
 
- 
Matthew Gutow posted his best time of the season in the 400 meters with 51.62 seconds, good for sixth place.
 
- 
Colin DeLaney scored for the Garnet with his eighth-place finish in the 3000 meters. He completed the race in a personal-best 8:39.55.
