HAVERFORD, Pa. - Swarthmore College Women's Track & Field earned a few victories as they competed in the Keogh Invitational on Saturday at Haverford College.
Rose Teszler,
Nora Blodgett, and
Adria Retter each won their event to lead the Garnet.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- In the 400-meter run, Teszler won the event in 1:00.17.
- Blodgett added a victory in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:25.32.
Morgan Mouer finished in third with a time of 2:27.63, while
Emma Novak crossed the finish line in 2:27.63.
- Retter earned the victory in the shot put with a throw of 13.47m, which is the top mark in the Centennial this year. The throw ranks the junior 14th in NCAA Division III.
Megan Bickford added a sixth place finish with a toss of 10.53m.

Leila Kirton earned a second place finish with a jump of 4.70m in the long jump.

Cat Crochunis-Brown,
Alina Irvine,
Emily van Assendelft and
Maddie Farber finished 2nd through 5th in the mile run. Crochunis-Brown crossed in 5:41.85, while Irvine and van Assendelft finished in 5:42.91 and 5:44.57, respectively.
