    • Examples of Activities that Improve Physical Wellness

      • Engage in regular exercise/recreation outside of your competitive season
      • Get enough Fitness and exercise
      • Go to the gym with a friend and to read nutrition labels.
      • Read nutrition labels
      • Adhere to a healthy balanced diet avoiding fads and non-research based trends
      • See your doctor for regular wellness check ups
      • Maintain positive healthy relationships
      • Limit the use of alcohol and other drugs and be aware of your limitations
