Campus Resources for Social Wellness

  • Wellness Center An excellent place to get involved in group exercise programs. 
  • Black Cultural Center The BCC is a great place to explore and debate ideas, hold study groups, plan and host meetings and events, have a dinner, read a book, write a paper, or just relax. We invite you to explore our website to learn more about our energetic community.
  • Women's Resource Center The WRC staff initiates and facilitates discussions and events concerning women specifically, and gender equity broadly. Everyone is welcome at the WRC regardless of gender. Individuals and campus groups are encouraged to use the space for either private or campus wide events.
  • Intercultural Center The Intercultural Center (IC) provides programs and services that support the personal and intellectual development of Asian American, LatinX, Multiracial, Native American, Queer (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender), low-income, international, and first-generation college students at Swarthmore College.
  • Student Life Check out the many ways to be involved on campus outside of your sport. From Boy Meets Tractor sketch comedy troupe to women's rugby, there are more than 100 student-run clubs and organizations to choose from.
  • Sustainability Community We invite you to learn how we are leading in the area of carbon pricing, taking significant strides toward becoming a zero waste campus, engaging our diverse community of students, faculty, and staff along the way through service and education, and so much more.

  • Volunteer with a local group for a semester or year
  • Develop a network of friends that share a common purpose who provide support and validation
