Men Earn Eight Top-Ten Finishes at Rose Tree Park

MEDIA, Pa. - The Swarthmore College men's cross country team totaled eight top-10 finishers with Charlie Schuetz leading the way at the Bryn Mawr Invitational on Saturday.

Schuetz placed as the runner-up with a personal record in the 5k. He beat out his teammate Jasper Mosley by two tenths of a second.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Schuetz paced the team with a personal record of 16.39.5. The junior narrowly beat out Mosely, who ran a 16:39.7. The pair took second and third, respectively.

- Joey Alander finished fifth overall with a time of 16:41.6. He was followed by Matthew Fleming, who ran a 16:42.2.

- Isaac Chu and Cohen Manges finished within a few tenths of a second of each other, placing seventh and eighth, respectively. Chu edged out his teammate with a 16:43.2 effort, while Manges crossed at 16:43.6.

- Teddy King-Pollet, Spencer Etheridge and Alex Thompson earned positions nine through eleven. King-Pollet led the group with a time of 16:44.3, while Etheridge and Thompson clocked at 16:44.6 and 16:44.7, respectively.
