GREENSBORO, NC - The No. 23 Swarthmore College men's swimming team wrapped up the NCAA National Championships with an All-American second-team finish in the 400 freestyle relay on Saturday night.

Swarthmore's men finished 25th overall on the team leaderboard, with the Garnet earning eight All-American accolades, including honors in the 200 and 400 freestyle relays. The Garnet men earned their highest finish in program history. 

The team of Danny Castle, Cami Wilson, Levi Tipton, and Cole Griscavage placed 11th overall, finishing third in the consolation final. This earned the Garnet their second all-time All-American honor in the event and their first since 2019.

Wilson exits the championships with three All-American honors this year, bringing his career total to four. Griscavage concludes his Swarthmore career with three second-team selections to go along with four consecutive Centennial Conference team championships.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Swarthmore wrapped up the championship meet with four more All-American performances. The 400 freestyle relay team of Griscavage, Wilson, Castle, and Tipton placed 11th overall with a time of 2:59.43. Griscavage led off the relay with a 44.96, just two-hundredths of a second shy of the 100 freestyle program record.

- Castle competed in the 100 freestyle prelims. The sophomore placed 34th overall in the morning session with a time of 45.23.
