HAVERFORD, Pa. – The Swarthmore College men's track & field team competed at Haverford College's Keogh Invitational on Saturday.
Ravi Sandhu produced the highlight of the day, taking first place in the pole vault.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Sandhu equaled his personal best of 12' 5.5" (3.80m) to win the pole vault competition. He cleared the height on his last attempt. The Garnet placed four men in the top five overall, with
Aidan Corpus taking second (11' 11.75", 3.65m),
Jackson Mejia finishing fourth (10' 11.75", 3.35m), and
Alan Nichols coming fifth (10', 3.05m). Nichols's mark was a personal record.

Owen Lord was the runner-up in the 400 meters with a time of 53.23. He also ran a personal best in the 200 (24.67) and took 23
rd.
Archer Manning had an eighth-place finish in the long jump, leaping a career-best 19' (5.79m). He also ran a PR in the 60 meters (7.42) and was 21
st.
- Swarthmore claimed five of the top-10 spots in the 800 meters.
Colin DeLaney took third place in a career-record time of 1:58.57.
Luka Opacic-Rodrigues (2:01.96),
Charlie Schuetz (2:02.19),
Robert Mirabello (2:02.20), and
Isaac Chu (2:02.24) finished seventh through 10
th respectively. Chu's time was a personal best.

The Garnet travel to Franklin and Marshall College for the Centennial Championships on March 1-2.
