ALLENTOWN, Pa. – The Swarthmore College men's track & field team began competition at the Centennial Conference Championships on Friday.
HOW IT HAPPENED

Sam Brody took fourth place in the 10,000 meters with a personal-best time of 30:55.74. He came just 1.63 seconds short of All-Centennial distinction. Brody improved upon his previous top time by 37 seconds and climbed two spots from his finish in the event last year. The senior also posted the second fastest mark in program history.

Aidan Corpus finished 11
th in the pole vault, clearing 10' 7" (3.23m) on his second attempt.
Andrew Cheng ran in the 10,000 meters and placed 18
th with a personal record of 33:03.90. He surpassed his previous best by more than a minute.
