FAYETTEVILLE, Pa. – The Swarthmore College men's golf team took fourth place at the Gettysburg Spring Shootout that wrapped up on Sunday at Penn National Golf Club.
The Garnet shot 297 as a team in the final round and finished with a two-day score of 599.
Neil Zhu led Swarthmore, tying for sixth place on the individual leaderboard.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Zhu finished his tournament with a 74 (+2) to post a final score of 147 (+3). He recorded two birdies on Sunday.

Yuxuan Wang tied for 11
th place with a total of 149 (+5). He carded a 75 in the final round with a team-high four birdies.
Benjamin Garcia Moreira also tallied four birdies on the way to a two-under 70, the best score of the day for the Garnet. He shot 150 (+6) for the tournament and tied for 16
th place.

Max Ash tied for 25
th with a two-day total of 154 (+10). His closing round was a 78 (+6) with three birdies.
Andy Xin concluded the tourney with an 80 (+8) for a final score of 159 (+15).
