SWARTHMORE, Pa. - The Swarthmore College men's track & field team wrapped up weekend action at the Princeton Larry Ellis Invitational and the West Chester Bill Butler Invitational on Saturday.
Colin DeLaney fell seconds short of taking down a 40-year-old program record in the 3000m steeplechase to headline a strong weekend of performances for the Garnet men, while
Kenneth Relovsky led a pair of strong distance finishes at the Bill Butler Invitational.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- DeLaney fell just short of the program record in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 9:20.18. The junior finished just four seconds off the program-best mark, which has been held by Kirk Swenson since 1985. DeLaney pleaced 12th overall in a talented field of competitors.

Aiden Tomov finished at 1:57.71 in the 800m run to take 16th overall.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Relovsky led a pair of top-10 times in the 800m run. Relovsky placed fourth at 1:59.78, while fellow first-year
Charlie Schuetz was ninth at 2:02.57. Schuetz set a new personal best in the event.

Sam Brody took sixth in the 1500m run. The senior fell a couple seconds short of a personal-best mark with a time of 4:11.37.

Matthew Gutow raced to a personal record in the 200m run with a time 23.61 to grab 21st overall.
