SWARTHMORE, Pa.—Ten athletes from Swarthmore College Men's Track & Field competed at Monday evening's 2018 Final Qualifier, setting some high standards in the process.

Junior Daniel Belkin set a new personal best by clearing the bar at 1.93 meters in the high jump. This is also the highest jump in the Centennial Conference this season. Belkin also posted a long jump of 6.36m. Benjamin Hejna cleared the high jump bar at 1.83m for his best jump this season.

In the shot put, Jared Hunt finished in sixth with a throw of 14.74m, and Ryan Marrone threw 14.58m to take seventh. Hunt finished 11th in the discus 39.13m. Andrew Jansen came in seventh in the discus with a throw of 41.75.

Alex Flowers sailed over the bar at 4.18m in the pole vault.

Four Garnet runners competed in track events. Adil Belgaumi ran the 200m in 23 seconds flat. Judah Raab ran the 400 in 53.57, and Andrew Prior completed the 1,500 in 4:09.79.
