RISING SUN, Md. and LANCASTER, Pa.—Swarthmore College Men's Golf had two teams competing on Saturday, Sunday and Monday as the fall season is winding down.
Swarthmore's A Team played at Bent Creek Country Club on Monday and shot a 304 to place seventh out of 17 teams. Swarthmore's four registered scores were all under 80.
Dan Altieri and
Michael Brown both shot 75s for scores of four-over on the par-71 6,434-yard course.
Vamsi Damerla and
Ankur Malik each shot 77s and tied for 31st overall.
Nick DiMaio shot an 82.
Swarthmore's second team competed at the Revolutionary Collegiate Classic at Chesapeake Bay Golf Club on Saturday and Sunday and recorded a 674 on the par-72, 6,749-yard layout.
Max Katz-Balmes' 165 (+21) led the Garnet.
Arjun Madan shot 23-over,
Chris Zhang shot a +24 and
Kevin Zheng carded a +30.
The Garnet close out the fall on Oct. 21-22 at Glen Maura Golf Club.
