CENTER VALLEY, Pa.—Swarthmore College Men's Cross Country raced in the NCAA Division III Regional Championship on Saturday on the campus of DeSales University. The Garnet finished 19th overall in the 52 team field with a total time of 2:15:23 and a score of 555.
The Garnet trotted out three seniors and four freshmen for the regional meet.
John Gagnon led the Garnet with a time of 26:13 and finished 43rd overall. Freshman
Vaughn Parts capped off his rookie campaign with a time of 27:09 (111th place). Senior

Frank Kenny weren't far behind, recording times of 27:13 and 27:15, respectively.

Lucas Heinzerling added Swarthmore's fifth scoring time, crossing the finish line in 27:33.
Senior
Will Sullivan and
Evan Baker recorded Swarthmore's sixth and seventh times. Sullivan crossed in 28 minutes flat and Baker was just two seconds behind him.
Johns Hopkins University captured the regional title, edging Haverford College 64-65.
