SWARTHMORE, Pa.--Swarthmore Cross Country welcomed back former team members to campus to compete in the 41st annual Alumni meet on Saturday afternoon. The men's alumni edged the varsity 28-29, but the varsity women held off the alumnae by a 25-36 count.

Jacob Phillips '13 claimed the winner's laurels for the fourth consecutive year with a time of 18:40. Corey Branch and Mayank Agrawal were the top men's varsity finishers with times of 19:31. Rebecca Hammond '13 finished with the top women's time, crossing the finish line at 22:03. Varsity runners Kate Hannah, Tess Wei, Indy Reid-Shaw, Izzy Small, Irina Bukharin and Sarah Nielsen crossed the finish line in a pack at 23:32 to lead the varsity women to victory.
