Senior
Jason Heo headlined a list of four top-10 performances by finishing sixth in the 100-meter high hurdles in 16.52 seconds. The mark was just .06 seconds shy of his personal best.
In the field, senior
Zach Kronstat paced the Garnet by leaping 39-feet, 8-inches to place eighth in the triple jump. Classmate
Emanuel Schorsch was 10th in the javelin throw with a toss that sailed 108-2, while freshman
Andrew Jansen also recorded a 10th-place finish with a mark of 36-5.75 in the shot put.
Another notable performance was made by
Peter Sayde. The freshman cracked the program's top-10 list in the 100-meter dash by finishing the race in 11.37 seconds.
Swarthmore will compete at Widener's Danny Curran Invitational on March 27 and 28.
