LANCASTER, Pa. - Senior
Emma Sindelar of the Swarthmore College women's soccer team has been named the Centennial Conference Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week for the week ending Oct. 19, as announced on Monday afternoon by the league office.
Sindelar broke a school record and factored into five of Swarthmore's eight goals over a perfect 2-0 week. She registered a natural hat trick and became the program's all-time leading goal scorer in the team's 5-0 victory over Ursinus before assisting on two goals in a 3-1 win over McDaniel. Sindelar also factored into both game-winning goals and ended the weekend as the program's all-time leader in all three major scoring categories.
Swarthmore (9-4, 4-3 CC) returns to action on Wednesday, Oct. 22 hosting Muhlenberg College at 7:00 p.m.
