COMPLETE RESULTS

LANCASTER, Pa. – Senior John Flaherty captured the 200-yard butterfly, but the Swarthmore men's swimming team fell in a dual meet against Franklin & Marshall by a 117.5-87.5 score on Saturday, Nov. 9 at the Kunkel Aquatic Center.

Flaherty, who registered a winning mark of 2:02.92 in the 200 fly, also swam on Swarthmore's 400-yard medley relay team that tied the Franklin & Marshall (1-1, CC 1-0) 'A' squad by hitting the wall in 3:41.68. The Garnet's relay team also consisted of freshman Liam Fitzstevens, senior Stan Le and junior Samuel Tomlinson. Rounding out the list of event winners for Swarthmore was senior Riley Collins, who posted a time of 2:23.26 in the 200-yard breaststroke.

Swarthmore (2-1, CC 1-1) will return to Ware Pool on Saturday, Nov. 16 to host Rowan at 2 p.m.
