SWARTHMORE, Pa. - The Swarthmore College women's tennis team concluded its fall season with senior Stephanie Chia and junior Brooke Wilkins competing in theinaugural Centennial Conference Invitational at home on Saturday. Chia won both of her matches, winning her singles pool.

Chia began the day by fighting to a tough 6-4, 6-4 victory over Muhlenberg's Resnikoff,. Her second match was also a closer affair, but Chia downed Johns Hopkins' Berlinghof, 6-3, 6-4.

Wilkins split her singles matches for the day, rebounding for her first win after losing the first set against Dickinson's Cantor, 4-6, 6-2, 10-8. She was then defeated by Johns Hopkins' Kasten, 1-6, 2-6.

The Garnet will now use the offseason to prepare for conference competition, which resumes in the spring.
