SWARTHMORE, Pa. – The No. 16 Swarthmore College women's tennis team rolled to a 4-0 victory over Washington College in the semifinals of the Centennial Conference Tournament on Thursday afternoon.
The top-seeded Garnet advance to the Centennial Championship on Saturday, where they will host second-seeded Haverford College as Swarthmore looks to repeat as conference champion. It is the sixth consecutive trip to the conference title match for the Garnet.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Garnet made quick work of doubles action for a 1-0 lead.

Ella Strickler earned a 6-1 victory at the second spot.

Hannah Kideckel were on their way to a win at third doubles, leading 5-1 when the point was clinched.
- Diaz dropped just two games in winning her match at first singles, 6-1, 6-1. Li also conceded just two games at second singles, picking up a 6-0, 6-2 triumph. Kideckel had little trouble in grabbing a 6-1, 6-2 decision at the fifth position.

Lisa Messier, and
Uma Pogrebivsky were all leading their respective singles bouts when Swarthmore secured the match.
