Track & Field Competes at Widener Final Qualifier

CHESTER, PA. - The Swarthmore College track & field team had several individuals compete at the Widener Final Qualifier on Monday.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Lydia Morris-Kliment placed fourth overall in the discus throw with a top measurement of 43.18m. The junior currently ranks 38th in the nation in the event, but did not improve her season best of 43.47m.

- Elizabeth Page led a trio of Garnet competitors in the women's 1500m run, crossing the finish line at 4:40.62. Olivia Montini recorded a time of 4:53.27, while Aaliyah Anaskevich followed at 5:03.01.

- Kenneth Relovsky raced to a time of 1:54.01 in the men's 800m run. The junior finished a tenth of a second off his personal best.

- Charlotte Martin competed in the women's 5000m run with a 18:08.33 finish. The sophomore shaved 17-seconds off her previous best.

- Sophia Springer finished seventh in the women's pole vault with a measurement of 2.85m. Jackson Mejia also competed on the men's side with a 3.81 mark.
