LANCASTER, Pa. – The Swarthmore College women's track & field team began competition at the Centennial Conference Championships on Saturday at Franklin and Marshall College. The Garnet sit in ninth place entering the final day of the meet.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The distance medley relay of
Ania Wong,
Gabby Bredbenner,
Olivia Montini, and
Elizabeth Page made the podium, taking third with a time of 12:31.31.

Rebekah Gendler came in sixth place in the triple jump, leaping 10.31 meters on her fifth attempt. The 4x800 meter relay finished sixth (10:10.00) with
Bella Thoen,
EmmaKate Derrick,
Aaliyah Anaskevich, and
Rica Eleches-Lipsitz.

Kate Reiter took seventh in the pentathlon with a score of 2601 points. Her best performances came in the high jump where she placed third (1.47m) and the 800 meters where she was fifth (2:39.02).
- In the weight throw,
Lydia Morris-Kliment,
Vivian Molnar, and
Aislinn Comerford placed 10
th (12.96m), 14
th (12.17m), and 15
th (11.94m) respectively. Morris-Kliment and Comerford both recorded a personal best in the event.

Sophia Springer came in 14
th place (2.87m) in the pole vault and
Caroline Hill finished 15
th (11.47) in the 60 meter hurdles.
