MEDIA, Pa. - The Swarthmore College women's cross country team took first overall behind a first-place finish from Olivia Montini at the Bryn Mawr Invitational on Friday. The junior finished first overall at Rose Tree Park for the third-straight season. 

Swarthmore finished with six individuals inside the top-10. Montini paced the field with a first place finish, while Elizabeth Page and Sophie Goodwin both finished inside the top-five. 



HOW IT HAPPENED
- Montini claimed first overall in the race for the third-straight season. The junior crossed the finish line at 20:12.50 to place 19-seconds ahead of the nearest finisher. 

- Page and Goodwin took fourth and fifth overall to round out the top-three finishers. Page finished at 21:12.90, while Goodwin followed at 21:13.50. Goodwin reached a new collegiate best at the course.

- Ania Wong and Téa Malone-Bonacci followed their teammates with sixth and seventh place efforts. Wong finished at 21:17.50, while Malone-Bonnaci trailed behind at 21:19.50. 

- Tara Dhawale claimed the team's sixth top-10 finish with a time of 21:37.20. She took ninth overall in the event. 

- Aaliyah Anaskevich finished inside the team's top-seven with a 21:57.60 mark. She placed 11th overall.
