Cantine Represents Swarthmore at Penn Relays

PHILADELPHIA - Aidan Cantine competed in his second-straight Penn Relays as he represented the Garnet in the College's Men's 1500m Championship on Thursday evening.

Cantine went up against a field of mostly Division-I runners as he grabbed 31st overall out of 42 competitors. The senior distance standout crossed the finish line at 3:48.87 as he narrowly missed his personal record by a fraction of a second.

As a junior, Cantine competed at last year's relays in the 1500m run with a time of 3:56.59.
