Nora Blodgett and
Rose Teszler represented Swarthmore College Women's Cross Country in the 2021 NCAA Division III National Championships at E.P. Tom Sawyer Park on Saturday.
Blodgett crossed the finish line with a time of 22:38.5, while Teszler finished the 6K race in 23:03.0. Blodgett finished the event in 132nd place, while Teszler crossed in 192nd out of 292 finishers.
The All-Region runners appearance in the championship was the ninth and tenth time the the Garnet women's program was represented at the national meet. Johns Hopkins University narrowly won the National Championship with 130 points, while Claremont-Mudd-Scripps earned runner-up honors with a 132 points.
