COCKEYSVILLE, Md. - Swarthmore College Women's Cross Country earned a fourth place at the Centennial Conference Championships on Saturday held at the Baltimore Agriculture Farm.
Led by an All-Centennial Conference effort by
Nora Blodgett, Swarthmore tallied up 121 points.
Blodgett posted a time of 23:10.8 for the 6K race, crossing in 13th place and earning All-Conference honors by finishing in the top-14.
Rose Teszler added a 25th place finish for 21 points, and crossed the tape in 24:16.5.
Alina Irvine (25 points) finished the race in 24:40.9, while
Cat Crochunis-Brown (27) finished in 25:01.2.
Emma Novak rounded out the top-five Garnet runners with a time of 25:29.6. Novak finished in 44th place and earned 36 points.
Ella Shenkar (25:51.3) and Charisa Hasan (26:17.2) closed out the event for Swarthmore. Johns Hopkins (26 points) won the team event with Dickinson (45), and Dickinson (83) finishing ahead of the Garnet.
The Garnet will compete at the NCAA Metro Region Championships on November 13th at Gloucester County DREAM Park in Logan Township, N.J.
