Box Score GETTYSBURG, Pa. – The Swarthmore College women's lacrosse team fell to #9 Gettysburg by an 18-3 score on Saturday, Apr. 4 at Clark Field.
Gettysburg (9-2, CC 3-1) scored 12 goals in the first half and never looked back. Six Bullets found the back of the net over the first 30 minutes to give the hosts a commanding 12-0 lead at the recess.
Swarthmore (6-4, CC 2-2) got on the board with 27:38 left in the second half when senior
Elyse Tierney found the back of the net, but the Bullets answered with three goals in a row to take a 15-1 advantage and put the game away. Senior

Shannon Keeler picked up the victory by blanking the visitors in the first half and making two saves. Junior
Connie Bowen suffered the loss despite making seven saves in 30 minutes of action.
Swarthmore visits Widener for its final non-conference game of the season on Wednesday, Apr. 5 at 7 p.m.
