HAVERFORD, Pa. – The Swarthmore College women's cross country team came in sixth place at Haverford College's Main Line Invitational on Friday.
The Garnet recorded multiple personal bests on the day and finished with 170 points in the 5K race. Swarthmore was the top Division III squad behind five Division I programs.
HOW IT HAPPENED

Charlotte Martin led the Garnet with a 17
th-place finish. She ran a personal-record time of 18:17.9 and was the top Division III runner at the meet. Her time also was the fastest-ever by a Swarthmore runner on the Haverford 5K course, surpassing
Olivia Montini's time of 18:53.1 from 2024.

Aaliyah Anaskevich also recorded a career best, coming in 28
th place (18:32.3).
Elizabeth Page clocked in at a personal-record 18:53.6, which was good for 34
th place.

Ania Wong and Tea Malone-Bonnaci crossed 51
st (19:36.4) and 53
rd (19:40.5) respectively.
Leilani Fleming and
Janalise Jimenez rounded out the top seven, taking 71
st (20:35.3) and 74
th (20:41.2) respectively with career-best times.
