The Garnet head into the conference tournament as the top seed and will host a semifinal match on Thursday. Swarthmore will take on the winner of the first-round match between fourth-seeded Dickinson College and fifth-seeded Washington.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Garnet swept doubles play to take a 1-0 lead. Hannah Kideckel/Maya Morandat Stilling cruised to a 6-1 victory at second doubles. Lisa Messier/Uma Pogrebivsky made quick work of their opponents at the third spot, 6-2. Lola Diaz/Erin Li battled to a 7-5 win at the top position.
