GILBERT, Ariz. – The Swarthmore College men's tennis team jumped five spots to No. 7 in this week's Intercollegiate Tennis Association National Ranking.
The Garnet took third place at the Mary Washington Invitational over the weekend, earning victories over No. 14 Emory University, 4-1, and No. 8 Washington University in St. Louis, 4-1.
Max Lindstrom went 4-1 during the tournament and was named the Centennial Conference Player of the Week.
Swarthmore hosts Haverford College for a conference match on Friday.
