Men’s Cross Country Closes Regular Season at Haverford Invite

HAVERFORD, Pa. - The Swarthmore College men's cross country team had several individuals compete at the Haverford Invitational on Friday. Theo McGreevey recorded the team's top finish with a four-mile personal record.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- McGreevey finished 78th overall to post Swarthmore's top finish. The senior raced to a time of 23:36.0 to post a four-mile personal record.

- Brayden Forcum set a massive personal record in the four-mile race. The rookie placed 81st overall with a 23:56.3 effort, cutting over 1:30 off his previous best at Haverford.

- Benjamin Xie improved his four-mile time with a 24:09.9. The rookie beat his previous mark by 20 seconds to place 84th overall.

- Sameer Jones rounded out the team's finishers with a personal record. The first-year posted a 24:29.0, cutting nearly two full minutes off his previous best. He placed 87th overall in the race.
