SWARTHMORE, Pa. – The No. 26 Swarthmore College women's tennis team dominated visiting Stevens Institute of Technology in a 7-0 blanking of the Ducks on Saturday.
The Garnet won all nine matches to shutout Stevens.

Kathleen Shiffer, and
Erin Li all picked up a pair of wins on the afternoon.

Ruthie Njagi and
Lisa Messier got Swarthmore off to a perfect start with a 6-0 victory at third doubles. Shiffer and Li teamed up for a 6-1 triumph at the second spot while
Nathalie Williams and Diaz cruised to a 6-2 win at the top flight to give the Garnet a doubles sweep and a 1-0 lead.
- Shiffer dropped just one game to her opponent at third singles, winning 6-1, 6-0. Diaz increased the Swarthmore lead to three with a 6-3, 7-5 success at the second position.
- Li competed at first singles for the Garnet and came out with a 7-5, 6-3 victory to clinch the match for Swarthmore.
Ella Strickler rolled to a 6-1, 6-1 triumph at fourth singles.

Brianna Viets earned her first dual match win of the campaign with a 6-0, 6-3 decision at the fifth spot.
Lara Geib concluded the action with a 6-0, 6-1 success at the sixth flight for her first victory in a dual match this year.
