INDIANAPOLIS – Erica Stutz and
Nathalie Williams of the Swarthmore College women's tennis team were selected to compete in the doubles competition at the NCAA Individual Championships, the NCAA announced on Wednesday night.
The duo is just the second doubles team in program history to be chosen to compete at the national championships. Williams was a member of the first to do so, playing alongside
Crystal Xu at NCAAs in 2022. It is the third straight year that Williams will play in the individual tournament, as she also competed in singles in 2023 and earned All-America honors.
The NCAA Individual Championships begin on May 25 at the Dwight Davis Memorial Tennis Center in St. Louis, Mo. The women's doubles competition will run through May 27.
Stutz and Williams posted an 8-5 record together this season, including 7-3 in dual matches where they played all 10 matches at first doubles. The pair has won five in a row entering nationals.
