BRYN MAWR, PA. - No. 27 Swarthmore College Women's Tennis won its ninth straight match as they defeated Bryn Mawr College on Friday afternoon.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- At the number one singles position,
Nathalie Williams earned a 6-0, 6-0 decision. The freshman moved to 12-2 overall and 5-0 in conference play.
Oviya Kumaran earned a 6-0, 6-0 decision at the number two position 14-2 overall and 5-0 in league action.

Crystal Xu tallied a 6-2, 6-1 victory at the number three position, while
Spencer Watts earned a 6-0, 6-0 victory at the number four position.
Anna Miller closed out the match with another 6-0, 6-0 victory as
Marisa Geib won by forfeit.
- At the number one doubles, Xu and Williams moved to 9-0 with an 8-0 victory. Watts and Kumaran recorded an 8-2 victory at the number two position.
- Miller and Geib earned the victory at the number three doubles position.
UP NEXT:
The Garnet (11-1, 6-0) return to the court on Saturday as they close out the home schedule with a contest against Gettysburg College at 2:00 p.m. at the Faulkner Tennis Courts.
