SWARTHMORE, PA. - No. 27 Swarthmore College Women's Tennis won their eighth straight match and fifth straight in Centennial Conference play as they defeated Washington College, 8-1, on Tuesday afternoon.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- At the number one doubles position,
Sonia Varma and
Erica Stutz earned an 8-4 victory.
Jenny Lewis and
Daniela Padron-Castillo won at the number two position with an 8-1 decision.

Nathalie Williams earned an 8-1 victory at the number two singles position. At the number four singles position,
Sophie Brown battled to an 8-4 victory for the Garnet.

Anna Miller closed out the match with an 8-5 back-and-forth victory at the number five singles position. The Garnet improve to 10-1 on the season and 5-0 in conference play.

Oviya Kumaran was leading 5-1 at the number three position, prior to earning the victory as her opponent retired.
