HOBOKEN, N.J. -- No. 22-ranked Swarthmore College Volleyball beat the College of Mount St. Vincent and Plattsburgh State University at the first day of the Stevens Invitational on Friday.

Emma Morgan-Bennett's 12 kills and four blocks. She's the first player to lead the Garnet in kills in a game this season other than junior outside hitter
Mehra den Braven, who recorded nine kills and a team-high 12 digs in the match.
Sophomore
Alyssa Nathan had 32 assists, four kills and eight digs. Junior middle blocker
Isabelle Andrews had seven kills in her first action of the year.
Match Two: Swarthmore 3, Plattsburgh 0
The Garnet topped the Cardinals 25-8, 25-14, 25-12. The first set was Swarthmore's most lopsided set since Oct. 10 of last season when now senior libero
Sarah Girard tied an NCAA record by serving an entire set to beat Bryn Mawr College 25-0.
Den Braven led Swarthmore in kills for the fifth time this year with a season-high 17 in the match. Morgan-Bennett added nine kills with an .818 hitting percentage to bring her season percentage to a team-best .457 in 2018.
Nathan added 33 more assists to her season total. She's averaging 9.78 per set.
Swarthmore will try to complete its second consecutive 4-0 weekend on Saturday with matches against Kean University and Stevens Institute of Technology at 1 and 3 p.m. in Hoboken, N.J.
