Isabelle Ewart and
Hayley Raymond each scored 10 points in Swarthmore College Women's Basketball's game against McDaniel College on Saturday.
The Garnet fell to the Green Terror 74-43.
Swarthmore put together solid quarters in the second and fourth periods, but gave up too much ground in the odd quarters.
Ewart and Raymond each had a team-high four rebounds. Ewart had a pair of steals too, and Raymond picked up a blocked shot.
Christina Holmgren led Swarthmore with a pair of blocks.
Audra Woodside scored seven points.
Raina Williams and
Bridget Scott each had four, and
Abigail Pirron,
Christina Holmgren,
Elizabeth Stiles and
Abigail Posta all had two.
For the visitors, Melanie Yeomans scored a game-high 15 points. Jasmine Smith added 12 points and six assists.
Swarthmore travels to Ursinus College for a game on Tuesday night.
