ST. MARY'S CITY, Md.—Swarthmore College Men's Soccer, playing a day after a grueling double overtime conference game, traveled to St. Mary's College (Md.) on Sunday for a non-conference contest.
The hosts kept the Garnet at bay and claimed a 3-0 win, knocking the Garnet down to 2-4-1 on the year.
The St. Mary's Seahawks scored in the second minute and built on their early lead with a goal in the 34th and 40th minutes.
Oliver Steinglass recorded four saves in the loss.
The Seahawks record 17 total shots and the Garnet took eight total attempts, four on goal.

Swarthmore is on the road again on Wednesday for a 4 p.m. game at Connecticut College.
