Rachel Bronkema gave Swarthmore a 2-1 lead after doubles action with their 8-3 victory over Jenny Levenson and Carina Nicolaisen.
The Garnet women dominated singles play, taking five of the six matches. At No. 5, Bronkema became a double winner, blanking Levenson, 6-0, 6-0. Freshman

Rachel Hechinger all overwhelmed their opponents by identical 6-1, 6-0 scores. At No. 3, Jemal defeated Gould, Scheibmeir beat Olsen at No. 4, while No. 6 Hechinger topped Nicolaisen. Freshman
Julia Gokhberg also conceded only one game in a 6-0, 6-1 win at No. 2 over Hannah Molk.
Swarthmore will next host a non-conference match against Wilkes University on Thursday. Play is slated to begin at 4:30 p.m. at the Faulkner Courts.
